Job summary

NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading organisation on a major Greenfield manufacturing project in Dublin. We are seeking an Automation Engineer with strong Rockwell Automation expertise to support design, development and implementation of automation systems for a brand-new facility.

The role will involve development and configuration of Rockwell control systems, PLC/SCADA software development, and hands-on commissioning across FAT/SAT activities, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix.
• Experience delivering automation projects in manufacturing environments.
• FAT, SAT and commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of Rockwell control systems
• PLC and HMI/SCADA software development
• Creation and review of automation documentation
• Functional and detailed design support
• Vendor management and technical reviews
• FAT, SAT and commissioning activities
