You will lead technical initiatives and collaborate with the Director of Engineering to drive efficiency.

The role requires a mechanical/chemical/processing engineering background with 3+ years in medical device or pharma settings, strong project management, and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/chemical/processing engineering with 3+ years in medical device or pharma industries.
• Experience with high-speed automation including vision systems, multi-axis motion, robotics and smart controls.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans accounting for 1st-of-a-kind solutions.
• Experience with external supplier selection & management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support early lifecycle management of capital projects: risk mitigation, requirements, supplier selection, oversight, testing and installation.
• Help maintain time, quality and cost performance on assigned projects.
• Travel extensively, globally, to support the business.
• Become a subject matter expert in controls/software design, process automation, and project management.
