Responsibilities

Portfolio management of SME and owner-managed business audits from planning to completion.
Provide practical accounting guidance to business owners and directors.
Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships with founders and management.
Leverage cross-functional routines to bring in tax, corporate finance or succession planning when needed.
Own engagement economics: budgets, staffing, and timelines to ensure profitability.
Mentor and develop managers and senior audit staff in technical progression.
Promote cloud accounting tools and modern workflows to streamline audits.
