RSM Ireland is seeking an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager to join its Dublin-based team. You will manage audit engagements, lead engagement teams and build trusted client relationships while delivering high-quality audits in a fast-growing practice.

You will work closely with senior managers, directors and partners to develop teams, oversee budgets, and drive process improvements that enhance audit quality and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA qualified with external audit experience and ability to lead engagements and teams.
• Strong technical auditing and financial reporting knowledge with professional judgement.

• Build and maintain client relationships with senior client personnel.
• Plan, budget and monitor audits, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Direct and review audit work and financial statements in line with standards.
