Responsibilities

• Manage regular service reviews with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Organise meetings, agendas, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Manage the vendor due diligence process from start to finish.
• Coordinate areas such as Information Security, Disaster Recovery and Data Protection assessments.
• Track vendor actions and make sure issues are followed up and resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor reviews, compliance evidence and governance documentation.
• Review contracts relating to critical outsourcing and DORA requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Highlight key risks, trends, issues and actions.
• Ensure vendors continue to meet internal governance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes.
