Salesforce is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead visual storytelling for brand campaigns and events in Ireland. You will transform complex ideas into bold, memorable visuals across digital, print, video, and environmental graphics.

With 8+ years of art direction experience, you will guide teams, ensure high craft, and maintain Salesforce brand standards. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is essential, with a strong emphasis on responsible use of generative AI.

Qualifications

8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience.
Portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction, and visual craft across channels and formats.
Skilled in typography, composition, color, motion, and design systems; proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

Develop original concepts and visual direction for brand campaigns and events across multiple media.
Collaborate with writers, designers, strategists, producers, and leaders to align creative with business goals.
Guide designers, animators, agencies, and vendors to meet concept approvals and brand standards.
Present ideas to senior stakeholders and leverage generative AI responsibly to speed concepting while staying original.
