Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking an Art Director for Flex Creative to transform complex product ideas into bold visuals across digital, film, events, and environmental graphics. You will lead concepting with a strong portfolio and collaborate with writers, strategists, producers, and vendors to deliver on-brand work.

Your experience spans brand campaigns and high-visibility initiatives, with expertise in typography, color, motion, and design systems.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience.
Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction, and visual craft across multiple channels and formats.

Responsibilities

Develop original concepts and visual direction for brand campaigns and event experiences across digital, film, social, presentations, and environmental graphics.
Turn business and product ideas into bold, memorable visual stories.
Partner with copywriters, designers, strategists, producers to align with business goals.
Guide designers, animators, agencies, and vendors to meet Salesforce brand standards.
Present ideas to creative leaders and senior stakeholders; use generative AI responsibly to speed up concepting and production.
