Morgan McKinley is supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation in Ireland to appoint a Senior Process Commercialisation Engineer. The role sits at the intersection of process development, scale-up and commercial manufacture.

You'll lead new product introductions, technology transfers and ensure readiness for manufacturing. A strong track record in API processing and cross-functional collaboration is essential, with a Chemical Engineering degree.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical API manufacturing or process development.
Strong knowledge of chemical API processing and scale-up.
Experience with commercialization, NPI or technology transfer.
Track record of solving complex technical/manufacturing problems.
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting new product introductions and technology transfers.
Process development, optimisation and scale-up of chemical API processes.
Supporting commercial manufacturing campaigns and process readiness.
Troubleshooting technical issues and leading deviation investigations.
Working across process safety, validation, regulatory and environmental activities.
Identifying process constraints and opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with global R&D and cross-functional teams.
Providing technical leadership and developing subject matter expertise in API processing.
