Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Dublin finance team. You will own end-to-end AP processes, from vendor setup through payment, and ensure timely delivery within controls.

You will reconcile statements, support month-end close, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have substantial AP experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Substantial relevant experience in accounts payable or comparable finance operations role, ideally 5+ years.
• A third level qualification in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to organise, reconcile and analyse large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and match them to purchase orders.
• Own end-to-end AP process from vendor setup to payment, per controls.
• Reconcile supplier statements and corporate card transactions.
• Support month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
