As a critical gatekeeper of infrastructure integrity, you will ensure vendor partners operate within Google’s rigorous security and operational standards. 1. Strategic Access & Compliance Oversight
- Operational Governance: Lead the deployment and execution of Google’s evolving access provisioning requirements across diverse product areas.
- Expert Consultation: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various verticals, providing high-level guidance on security protocols and infrastructure standards.
- Infrastructure Mastery: Good to have proficiency in ServiceNow, IAM frameworks, CyberArk, and SailPoint to manage complex identity landscapes.
- Control Evaluation: Audit and validate the effectiveness of vendor controls concerning data security, incident response, and change management.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Engineering
- Technical Problem Solving: Independently troubleshoot high-level access barriers and facilitate cross-functional communication between Security, Engineering, and App-Dev teams.
- Innovation & AI Integration: Drive "Operations Rigor" by owning the development and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies and process improvements.
- Metrics Management: Architect and maintain robust tracking for SLOs and SLAs, ensuring service delivery remains at a "top-tier" performance level.
- Change Management: Design and deliver technical training and presentations to synthesize findings into actionable organizational changes.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior analysts and perform rigorous quality reviews of their outputs to maintain high-impact delivery.

Skill Requirements
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technical field; or equivalent evidence of practical expertise.
- Domain Expertise: * 4-5 years of progressive experience in Access Management roles.
- 2+ years in a technical consultation or high-level Helpdesk environment specializing in IAM.
- 2+ years of focused experience in Information Security or Risk Management, specifically targeting vendor control frameworks.
- Technical Toolset: * Mastery of Google Workspace (Sheets, Pivot Tables), Command Line Interfaces (CLI), and Databases.
- SQL and Markup proficiency is good to have for data-driven decision-making.
- Audit Capabilities: Proven experience auditing within hyperscale cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and managing multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
