Preferred qualifications:

• Experience designing and maintaining centralized dashboards and reports using data-analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Apps Script, spreadsheet engines) and bug-tracking systems to track compliance metrics and eliminate manual execution toil.
• AI Proficient to lead automation of complex workflows, streamline reporting, and accelerate program execution at scale.
• Track record in driving continuous process improvement (e.g., retrospectives, execution updates) and transitioning program goals into evergreen operational processes.
• Domain knowledge in reliability engineering principles such as availability, SLOs, error budgets, progressive rollouts and disaster recovery testing.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Communicate and influence with multiple levels of the business.

• Partner with engineering leadership to define, document, and certify program-level success and exit criteria, establishing durable transition strategies to prevent operational backsliding. Lead the development, ratification, and enforcement of cloud‑wide reliability and engineering policies.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution, tracking, and reporting of complex technical requirements across hundreds of critical production systems. Scale program operations, monitor execution backlog burndowns, and coordinate across workstreams to drive alignment.
• Identify and align executive cross‑functional stakeholders, manage escalations, resolve bottlenecks, and serve as the central point of contact for horizontal initiatives.
• Take ambiguous, large‑scale technical challenges, break them down into structured phases and execution backlogs, and delegate components effectively across teams.
• Leverage data, scripts, and issue‑tracking tools to build dashboards, metrics, and scorecards that monitor compliance and reduce toil. Integrate AI to automate complex workflows and accelerate program execution at scale.
