CareerWise Recruitment in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Senior Analog Design Manager to lead a cross-disciplinary team responsible for the full development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs in a highly agile environment.

This onsite role requires a proven track record in delivering production analog/mixed-signal ASICs, strong leadership, and hands-on design expertise in Verilog, Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, C/C++, Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years leading analog/mixed-signal ASIC developments.
• Proven portfolio of analog/mixed-signal ASICs in production.
• Proven leadership experience in high-performance design teams.
• Programming in C, C++, Verilog/Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS, Python or Visual Basic.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence.
• Own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications.
• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality ASICs, meeting industry standards.
• Drive innovation in circuit design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies.

A Senior Analog Design Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based semiconductor client. This role offers the opportunity to lead and control the complete development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs within a highly agile Irish semiconductor company. This is an onsite role in Cork Ireland.

Role of this position

• Lead a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence
• Own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications
• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality ASICs, meeting stringent industrial and quality standards
• Drive innovation in circuit design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Have technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in leading analog/mixed-signal ASIC developments
• Demonstrate a successful portfolio of analog/mixed-signal ASICs in production
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams of design engineers in a high-performance environment
• Programming in any of C, C++, Verilog, Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, Python, Visual Basic.
