American International Group is seeking a Lead AI Business Analyst to drive strategic transformation across Global Programs & Operations in Dublin. You will translate business intent into AI-enabled system specifications, designs and executable policies, guiding AI agents and engineering teams to work with minimal interpretation gaps.

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, Strategy & Operations, Digital Transformation.
• Insurance domain expertise across at least two lines: commercial lines policy administration, claims, specialty, reinsurance, financial reconciliation, or regulatory reporting.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing and leveraging AI technologies.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, Agentic AI frameworks and business process automation.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience implementing AI governance, training and adoption programs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong project management skills – capable of driving complex engagements with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• AI certification is a plus, Google AI Essentials, IIBA CBDA, etc.
