Job summary

AIOS is redefining healthcare with an AI-first approach. We are hiring a senior Product Designer for a fully remote role, reporting to the Head of Product Design, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, CX, and design teams across time zones.

You will own design work from discovery to shipping, shaping user experiences in clinical software and customer mobile apps while advancing design leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile.
• Robust portfolio showing real product work and impact.
• Ownership of loosely defined problems and end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to work with engineers and stakeholders and defend design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design ownership across products and run projects independently.
• Design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences.
• Work on internal tools and workflows for cross-functional teams.
• Tackle complex problems with consideration of constraints and regulations.
• Explain your design decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Lead projects from discovery to shipped solution.
• Mentor other designers as the team grows.
