Job summary

Expleo Ireland is seeking a senior AI leader to industrialise, govern and grow AI-enabled services. You will enable Directors of Service and domain experts to turn AI ambition into credible, repeatable and market-ready services while preserving clear service ownership.

The role blends deep AI expertise with commercial, consulting and influencing skills to support AI Readiness, Governance, Assurance and Solutions initiatives and EVOLVE activity.

Qualifications

• Senior AI leadership experience across strategic advisory, governance and delivery of AI-enabled services.
• Proven ability to shape offerings, engage clients and drive value through AI initiatives.
• Excellent communication, executive stakeholder management and market-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and activating AI service offerings, including value propositions, use cases and delivery models.
• Create reusable AI capability assets like playbooks, assessments and accelerators.
• Advise service leaders, align cross-service activities and maintain accountability for strategy and delivery.
• Lead EVOLVE oversight to prioritise AI use cases, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Mobilise the AI Champion network and connect Irish market needs with Group capabilities.
