Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Staff Network Engineer in Ireland to own the architecture and operations of AI fabric and datacenter networks. You will lead design, deployment, and reliability for high-performance GPU workloads, RoCE/RDMA, and inter-datacenter connectivity.

You will collaborate with compute, platform, storage, and SRE teams in a fast-scaling environment, shaping networking standards and driving automation across the network stack.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale datacenter networks in production.
• Expert knowledge of modern networking protocols and architectures (BGP, OSPF, ECMP, EVPN/VXLAN).
• Strong experience with high-speed Ethernet and networking hardware in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term technical direction and operational strategy for AI networking and data center infra.
• Design, deploy, and operate GPU networking fabrics optimized for distributed AI workloads.
• Architect large-scale RoCE and Ethernet fabrics (leaf-spine, fat-tree, rail).
• Lead end-to-end networking initiatives from architecture to production handover.
• Collaborate with compute, platform, storage, SRE, and datacenter teams in a fast-scaling environment.
• Drive automation for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
