Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer – Token Factory in Ireland. You will guide customers from PoC to production, optimize AI workloads, and ensure reliable, scalable deployments across environments.

You will work with customer engineers and internal teams to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and deliver practical AI infrastructure solutions. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with AI inference frameworks such as vLLM, TensorRT, or similar technologies in production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-load applications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, particularly LLMs, model inference, and serving infrastructure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working directly with technical customers such as software engineers or ML teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-moving environment.
• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented approach and collaboration across teams.
• Advantage: hands-on GPU workloads, AI infra, or large-scale model inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition from PoC to production, ensuring workloads deploy and scale.
• Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, throughput, and cost.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customer engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate production incidents and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement based on real-world deployments and customer feedback.
