Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, AI Engineering Lead within Global Digital Network to shape how AI is engineered, scaled, governed, and adopted across our digital products portfolio. This leader will drive enterprise AI programs, build and coach a high-impact AI engineering team, and establish scalable patterns for AI platforms and interoperability.

You will partner with Core Technology, Product, Data Science, and engineering leaders to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8-10+ years in software/AI engineering with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven experience shipping production AI systems and ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI engineering roadmap and governance.
• Lead and grow the AI Engineering team across portfolios.
• Provide technical leadership on model selection, architecture, pipelines, and evaluation.
• Establish reference architectures, memory strategies, and secure interoperability.
