Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Developer in Ireland (Dublin or Cork) to design, build, and optimize scalable AI-powered applications and services. You will integrate LLMs into enterprise tooling and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to deploy production-ready AI solutions.

The role requires deep software engineering expertise, hands-on AI experience, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (Python, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, Blazor).
• 2+ years building and deploying AI-enabled applications (LLMs, RAG, MPC, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI).
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions into production environments.
• Proven ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Experience building AI-powered applications beyond proof-of-concept.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable AI-powered enterprise applications and services.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into enterprise tooling and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and platform engineers to deploy AI solutions.
