Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software development experience.
• Strong Python and/or Go programming skills.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-load environments.
• CI/CD, version control, and automated testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve platforms supporting large-scale LLM training and AI workloads.
• Build robust distributed systems able to handle demanding computational requirements at scale.
• Maintain and optimize ML infrastructure for high performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Improve job scheduling strategies to maximize infrastructure utilization.
• Develop and maintain reliable web services and backend components for AI workloads.
• Apply strong software engineering practices across the development lifecycle.
