Job summary

FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, GenAI technologies, and machine learning models.

You will manage the full AI lifecycle including training, deployment, and integration with products. Key tasks include building AI apps and agents, designing RAG pipelines and vector stores, training and fine-tuning models, developing prompts and tool-calling workflows, and measuring performance to improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering including Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience in model training, fine-tuning, or ML development.
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered applications, agents, and automation workflows.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimise AI/ML models for business use cases.
• Develop prompts, tool-calling workflows, and AI integrations.
• Integrate AI solutions into products and business systems using Python and APIs.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
