Job summary

FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, GenAI technologies, and machine learning models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering including Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience in model training, fine-tuning, or ML development.
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, GenAI technologies, and machine learning models. This role covers the full AI lifecycle, including workflow automation, RAG development, agentic AI,model training, and production deployment.
