Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced and senior AI/LLM Architect to design and deliver end-to-end AI platform architectures for the reinvention of the enterprise. You will own technical design across agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML systems, ensuring security, observability, and governance at scale.

• Extensive experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions across agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML.
• Proven ability to operate across business and engineering teams to deliver architecture artifacts.
• Experience with cloud vendors and building scalable, production-grade AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a technical vision and define performance, reliability, and cost goals.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on feasibility and project scope.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for AI platforms and foundation models.
• Architect multi-agent systems with an MCP Control Plane.
• Design and implement the Agent Registry and AI Gateway.
• Create and maintain ADRs, diagrams, and design specifications.
• Mentor cross-functional teams on architectural best practices.
• Continuously research and integrate emerging AI patterns.
