Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Senior Account & Project Manager in Dublin. Lead end-to-end delivery for premium luxury brand clients, coordinating creative, strategy and AI production across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage client relationships, develop robust project plans, monitor budgets, and drive continuous process improvements while embedding best practices in AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex integrated projects across multi-channel briefs.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows including film, motion, digital and print.
• Experience with premium and luxury brand accounts and stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, cost control and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of Gen AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in production contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-channel projects from scoping through delivery with quality and consistency.
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans integrating traditional and AI workflows.
• Manage cross-functional teams across creative, strategy and AI production.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Oversee budgets, POs, invoicing, reconciliation, and freelancer sourcing.
