Job summary

OLIVER in Dublin is seeking an Integrated Designer to create engaging and effective assets across channels. You will transform briefs and business insights into high-quality visual solutions that support campaign objectives.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver on-brand creative work, including HTML5 banners, under tight timelines, while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative or agency environment.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Animate.
• Experience creating HTML5 animated web banners using Adobe Animate or Google Web Designer (GWD).
• Excellent understanding of digital design principles and asset production.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting ideas to clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

We are looking for an Integrated Designer to create engaging and effective creative assets across a range of channels. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will transform briefs and business insights into high-quality visual solutions that support campaign objectives. This role requires a strong eye for detail, confidence in client-facing environments, and the ability to deliver creative work that aligns with brand guidelines and tight deadlines.

What you will be doing:

• Design and deliver high-quality assets across a variety of channels and platforms.
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Produce digital campaign assets, including HTML5 animated display banners.
• Ensure all creative work is on-brand, visually engaging, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Work directly with clients, including regular onsite collaboration and presentations.
• Communicate design concepts, visual ideas, and storyboards clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.

What you need to be great in this role:

• 3+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Animate.
• Experience creating HTML5 animated web banners using Adobe Animate or Google Web Designer (GWD).
• Excellent understanding of digital design principles and asset production.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting ideas and liaising directly with clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work onsite with the client in Dublin one day per week.
