Job summary

Fin is seeking a SeniorAI Deployment Consultant to lead large, complex customer deployments, combining project management with hands-on configuration of Fin’s platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding clients to value quickly and at scale across the AI-enabled support journey.

You’ll partner with engineers and cross-functional teams, define scope and timelines, and manage communications to ensure measurable outcomes. Hybrid work and equity are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong technical aptitude — comfortable configuring software platforms and discussing integrations, APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned with customer goals.
• Act as primary point of contact throughout implementation, managing communications and expectations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to design tailored deployment strategies.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Coordinate hands-on configuration of Fin features and advanced integrations with engineers.
