Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a Security Team Leader in Dublin 7 for a full-time role, 45 hours per week with a two-week rotating shift pattern. Week 1: Mon-Fri 7:00am-2:00pm, Sat 8:00am-6:00pm; Week 2: Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:30pm.€17.50 per hour. Must have PSA license.

Qualifications

PSA 02C guarding licence required.
First Aid qualification required.
Experience in security within commercial/industrial/University environment.
Experience supervising or leading a team.
Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the security team, ensuring daily duties are completed to a high standard.
Oversee access control, ensuring only authorised people enter the site.
Carry out and coordinate security patrols, reporting risks.
Respond to incidents and emergencies per site procedures, escalating as needed.
Maintain incident reports, handover notes and security records.
Communicate with site management, colleagues, visitors and contractors; support briefings and health and safety procedures.
