Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Team Leader in Dublin to oversee daily security operations, lead a team, and ensure policies and KPIs are met. You will coordinate training, rosters, incident response, and client-facing service, while upholding the company’s values and ensuring safety for assets and people.

The role requires strong leadership, PSA licensing, and English proficiency, with opportunities for growth within a prestigious client environment and a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all team members are fluent with policies and procedures and that these are followed.
• Manage team members' performance including absence monitoring and attire (uniform).
• Ensure team members receive training and address training needs.
• Ensure team members have necessary tools and information to perform their work.
• Delegate tasks and ensure compliance with instructions to complete all tasks.
• Ensure incidents are responded to and reported.
• Provide guidance and support to all team members.
• Manage rosters and ensure adequate coverage and backups.
• Lead incidents and emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in plans related to service delivery and meet KPIs.
