Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a Security Team Leader for a full-time position in Dublin 7. You will lead the security team, oversee access control, coordinate patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain detailed security records. A PSA 02C guarding licence and First Aid qualification are required, with at least 1 year of security experience and prior team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the security team, ensuring daily duties are completed to a high standard.
• Oversee access control to ensure only authorised people access the site.
• Carry out and coordinate security patrols, identifying and reporting risks.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally, following site procedures.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, handover notes and security records.
• Communicate clearly with site management, colleagues, visitors and contractors.
