Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a Security Team Leader in Dublin 7 for a full-time role, 45 hours per week with a two-week rotating shift pattern. Week 1: Mon-Fri 7:00am-2:00pm, Sat 8:00am-6:00pm; Week 2: Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:30pm.€17.50 per hour. Must have PSA license.

Qualifications

• PSA 02C guarding licence required.
• First Aid qualification required.
• Experience in security within commercial/industrial/University environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the security team, ensuring daily duties are completed to a high standard.
• Oversee access control, ensuring only authorised people enter the site.
• Carry out and coordinate security patrols, reporting risks.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per site procedures, escalating as needed.
• Maintain incident reports, handover notes and security records.
• Communicate with site management, colleagues, visitors and contractors; support briefings and health and safety procedures.
