Job summary

State Street is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to join the Cyber DNA team in Ireland to help shape next-gen cybersecurity data and AI-powered platforms.

You will support platform administration, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement across SIEM, AI-SOC, and data lakehouse technologies, collaborating with global teams to maintain service stability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise cyber security platforms (SIEM, AI-SOC) in large environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, incident/change management, and service delivery.
• Proficient scripting and automation to improve platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise cybersecurity platforms (SIEM, AI-SOC, telemetry routing).
• Ensure platform reliability via monitoring, incident management, and improvements.
• Support Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and SOC operations.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
