Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Christmas Merchandiser to support the Regional Sales Manager by delivering high visibility for the client and replenishing stock across assigned stores in Ireland.

You will work on your own initiative, build strong relationships with store managers, and set up secondary displays using POS materials. Adherence to journey plans, planogram compliance, and capturing photos are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Familiar with technology and able to use handheld devices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisational abilities and time management
• Holder of full clean driving licence

Responsibilities

• Adhere to journey plans set by line manager and maximise promotional space
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed with emphasis on planogram compliance and pricing
• Record sales activity, competitive activity and provide timely feedback
• Place SEL correctly in front of products and merchandise promotional ends
• Capture before/after photos using handheld device and report outcomes
• Liaise with store managers to confirm satisfaction with completed work
• Build strong relationships with all parties to ensure team success
• Maintain CPM and client standards and policies
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by line manager

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to journey plans given by line manager


• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager


• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner


• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;


• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;


• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device


• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;


• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;


• To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies


• To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers


• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks


• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
