Job summary

CPM International in Galway is seeking a Christmas Merchandiser to work as part of a team delivering high visibility for our client. The core focus is replenishing stock and building strong relationships with store managers.

You will adhere to journey plans, ensure planogram compliance, capture photographs, and maintain CPM and client standards. A full, clean driving licence is required and a company van is provided.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to journey plans provided by line manager.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maximise promotional space; negotiate with Store Manager.
• Record sales, merchandiser requirements, and feedback on activity.
• Ensure correct SEL placement in front of products.
• Merchandise promotional ends and ensure correct pricing.
• Capture before/after photos on a handheld device.
• Liaise with store manager to confirm completed work.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to work as a team.
• Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
• Aim to reach high standards of performance for customers.
• Undertake additional duties as instructed by line manager.

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
• To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
• To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
