Job summary

The Hoxton, Dublin is seeking energetic hospitality professionals for a Christmas season role from mid-November 2026 to mid-January 2027. You’ll support the F&B team, keep bars stocked, and help create a enjoyable guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The festive season is almost here, and we’re getting ready for a busy few months at The Hoxton Dublin! We’re looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage teams for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027. Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or simply love creating great experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you. Please note: this is a seasonal position for the Christmas period, with an expected end date in mid-January 2027. The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Simply put - you’re the engine behind the bar, keeping everything stocked, spotless and running smoothly so our bartenders can focus on giving our guests a great time.
• Work with the F&B team to keep the bars and other outlets running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep the bar & service areas stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, drinks and all the essentials.
• Keep the bar & service areas clean, tidy and ready for action.
• Support our bartenders/waiters throughout service and anticipate what they need before they ask.
• Help create a fun, relaxed and memorable experience for our guests.
