Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the (re)insurance industry.
• Non-Life experience beneficial but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the Solvency II Standard Formula is essential
• Structured, organized and results orientated
• Consistently looks for ways to strengthen and simplify processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate SCR data inputs and data quality issues.
• Analyze and validate results and resolve issues.
• Communicate results to senior management.
• Complete model and process improvements.
• Support impact analysis on changes to the business or regulatory requirements.
• Deliver accurate and well-explained SCR results that comply with Solvency II.
• Maintain a robust control environment.
• Ensure clear and accurate process and methodology documentation.
