Job summary

PartnerRe in Dublin seeks a Reinsurance Underwriting Analyst to provide analytical and reporting support. You will work with BUs to improve underwriting reporting, partner with executives, and help manage non-life production planning and quarterly outlooks.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience in underwriting operations or related reporting roles, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a business-focused engineering or finance background.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics skills and ability to drive insights from data.
• Excel, Power Query and Power BI for data transformation and reporting.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation of actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division CEOs and leadership to improve underwriting reporting impact.
• Collaborate across Underwriting, Operations, Finance and Accounting.
• Manage non-life production planning and quarterly outlooks.
• Support quarterly Ops Review with performance insights.
• Review quarterly premium estimate updates and assess client creditworthiness.
