Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Schematic Architect for the Dublin hardware team. You will own the front‑end schematic design, creating robust schematics and making critical architectural decisions for the next generation of products.

You’ll lead design Capture using Cadence OrCAD, drive component research, and collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure signal and power integrity. This senior role offers autonomy and a path to ownership of new projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on electronic product design with system‑level focus.
• Experience with analogue, SMPS, LDO, and circuit protection.
• Proficiency with ECAD tools and circuit simulation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead schematic design and capture for hardware platforms using Cadence OrCAD.
• Own front‑end hardware architecture, including component research and block‑level design.
• Design, simulate, and validate analogue and power circuits for reliability.
• Review PCB layout work to ensure design intent and signal integrity.
• Define DVT plans and validate products against standards.
• Debug, test, and perform root-cause analysis on hardware prototypes.
• Manage BOMs and support design‑to‑manufacturing transition.
