Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on electronic product design experience with a focus on system-level architecture.
• Deep expertise in schematic design and capture for complex digital and analogue systems.
• Proven experience with analogue, power supply design (SMPS, LDO) and circuit protection.
• Proficiency with a high-end ECAD toolchain (Cadence Allegro/OrCAD preferred) and circuit simulation tools (PSpice, LTspice).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the schematic design and capture for new and existing hardware platforms, primarily using Cadence OrCAD.
• Own the front-end hardware architecture, including component research, selection, and block-level system design.
• Design, simulate, and validate analogue and power circuits (SMPS, DC-DC, LDOs) for reliability.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to guarantee signal and power integrity.
• Define and execute Design Verification Testing (DVT) plans to meet performance and compliance standards.
• Perform hands-on debugging and root-cause analysis of hardware prototypes in the lab.
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support design-to-manufacturing transition.
