Job summary

Uniphar Group in Citywest, Ireland, is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting Analyst to oversee SAP SuccessFactors administration, security access and data quality, while collaborating with HR, IT and payroll teams to ensure a reliable, compliant HR systems environment.

You will develop and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, support testing and releases, and drive improvements in reporting, data governance and user training, within a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Knowledge of HR data governance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
• Act as the main contact for HR system queries and incidents, and coordinate resolution with internal and external partners.
• Investigate issues, monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Develop, maintain and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, security access and compliance across HR systems.
• Support testing, releases and change management with training materials for HR users.
