Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to join our IT Service Delivery team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will design and implement integrations across SAP BTP, S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders on day-to-day operations and projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP BTP, CPI, SAP Build Apps, CAP, Fiori/UI5, and API management, along with strong REST, OData, SOAP integration

Qualifications

• Must have SAP BTP experience with proven integration delivery.
• Certification on CPI is required or equivalent accreditation.
• Experience building inbound/outbound interfaces to SuccessFactors and other products.
• Experience in configuring and extending iFlows; custom iFlows and exception handling.
• Solved multiple SAP CPI integration projects; SAP SuccessFactors APIs (SOAP and OData).
• Exposure to SAP Build Apps / SAP Build Process Automation; SAP HANA Cloud and Fiori/UI5.
• CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model); Node.js and/or Java; OData services.
• Knowledge of SAP BAS / SAP Integration Suite; Git and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP BTP applications and extensions.
• Build side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA and other SAP apps.
• Develop CAP-based solutions and SAP Fiori/UI5 apps.
• Implement security procedures and access management for SAP modules.
• Configure applications to meet customer needs with best-practice guidance.
• Understand Employee Life Cycle processes in a global org.
• Design and support complex SAP SuccessFactors business processes and upgrades.
• Create integrations using SAP Integration Suite and develop APIs.
• Integrate SAP with non-SAP systems via REST, OData, SOAP, and Event Mesh.
• Collaborate with IT/business stakeholders on operations and projects.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for SF Integration with other systems that support critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop applications and extensions on SAP BTP.
• Build side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications.
• Develop solutions using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Create and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Design, creation, implementation and operation of Security Procedures and System Access Management for all SAP modules.
• Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
• Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
• Develop APIs and services using SAP API Management.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems through REST, OData, SOAP, and Event Mesh

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

• SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) proven track record
• Must have Certification on CPI
• Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to SuccessFactors and other products.
• Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows.
• Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling.
• Must have worked on at least 2 integration projects with SAP CPI. Must have worked with SuccessFactors APIs- SOAP as well as ODATA.
• Experience in SAP Build Apps / SAP Build Process Automation
• Robust exposure to SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Fiori/UI5
• CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
• Node.js and/or Java
• OData Services
• SAP BAS (Business Application Studio)
• Git and CI/CD concepts

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

• Certification of any other SAP SuccessFactors module
• Conduct discovery meeting with customers by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
• Good to have Knowledge in scripting languages (Java Scripts)Designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration with ERP and Non- ERP
