Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an SAP Programme Director for our Ireland team. The role focuses on end-to-end SAP programme leadership, coordinating delivery across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors projects and managing senior stakeholders on both client and internal sides.

Strong LeanIX experience and ability to perform under pressure are essential. The position requires proven programme management capabilities, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex SAP initiatives on time and

Qualifications

• Programme Management for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations.
• Delivery management experience with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of LeanIX methodology.
• Implementation experience in SAP Public Cloud preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute SAP programmes to meet contract deliverables.
• Able to manage CXO-level stakeholders.

We are currently hiring for an SAP Programme Director to join our growing team in Ireland.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Programme Management for SAP S/4 HANA and Successfactors Implementation programmes
• Delivery management experience - handling senior stakeholders on client side and Internal stakeholders
• Should have working knowledge of LeanIX methdology
• Implementation experience in SAP Public Cloud preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage the SAP programme - Plan and Execute to meet programme deliverables as per contract
• Manage stakeholders from Client side - CXO level
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight delivery deadlines
