Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Program Manager to lead SAP programs in Ireland, delivering on time, within scope and budget. You will guide governance, commercials and client relations across global teams, ensuring quality and value for clients.

The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management and experience with SAP Activate/S/4HANA deployments. Candidates should excel in fast paced environments and be capable of shaping delivery strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end‑to‑end SAP programs across multiple sites.

• Support pre‑sales with scoping and proposals.

Required

• Program Delivery & Governance: Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site SAP programs - implementations/rollouts, Development, AMS etc., ensuring adherence to scope, time, quality, and budget.
• Commercial & P&L Management: Manage Statement of Work (SoW) financials, billing milestones, vendor/contractor performance, and change request management.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary executive escalation point for clients, steering committees, and strategic third-party partners.
• Resource & Risk Management: Establish PMO operations (tracking RAID logs, dependencies, and quality gates), drive capacity planning, and lead global delivery teams.
• Pre-Sales & Practice Support: Assist Sales with scoping assessments, resource estimations, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Preferred

• Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, core business processes, and deployment methodologies (SAP Activate).
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional team management, conflict resolution, and executive-level communication skills.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or official SAP Activate/S/4HANA certifications are strongly preferred.
