Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager for the SAP Platform in Cork, offering a hybrid work model. You will connect SAP platform delivery with ITSM, contract/SLA management, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment.

You will lead SAP S/4HANA AMS service delivery, manage incidents, changes, and escalations, and present executive updates. A strong background in governance and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology, SAP, platform, service delivery, or enterprise app management experience.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP AMS, or ERP service delivery in production.
• Experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP RISE contract, SLA, and service performance management with SAP, AMS providers, and hyperscalers like Azure and AWS.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA AMS service delivery ensuring incidents and changes are managed effectively.
• Develop and present QBRs, KPI dashboards, and executive updates translating tech performance into business impact.
• Design and mature ITSM service catalog offerings, definitions, intake models, and operating procedures.
• Drive continuous service improvement using data, root cause analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
