Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology, SAP, platform, service delivery, or enterprise app management experience.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP AMS, or ERP service delivery in production.
• Experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP RISE contract, SLA, and service performance management with SAP, AMS providers, and hyperscalers like Azure and AWS.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA AMS service delivery ensuring incidents and changes are managed effectively.
• Develop and present QBRs, KPI dashboards, and executive updates translating tech performance into business impact.
• Design and mature ITSM service catalog offerings, definitions, intake models, and operating procedures.
• Drive continuous service improvement using data, root cause analysis, and stakeholder feedback.

Basic Requirements * 10+ years of relevant technology, SAP, platform, service delivery, or enterprise application management experience.* Experience managing SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP AMS, or enterprise ERP service delivery in a production environment.* Experience with contract, SLA, KPI, QBR, vendor, or managed service provider performance management.* Experience working with ITSM processes such as incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, or continuous service improvement.* Experience preparing service performance reports, dashboards, executive updates, or stakeholder communications.* Experience working with cloud or hyperscaler environments such as Azure, AWS, or equivalent enterprise cloud platforms.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.Preferred Skills/Experience * Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focused Run, ServiceNow, Azure Monitor, AWS monitoring tools, or enterprise observability platforms.* Experience leading SAP service governance in regulated, large-scale, or complex enterprise environments.* Familiarity with ITIL practices, service catalog design, operational readiness, and service transition.* Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate data into action, and lead continuous improvement.* Experience supporting executive-level technology reporting, roadmap alignment, budget inputs, or vendor scorecards.
