Job summary

Siemens Healthineers invites applications for a SAP Junior Solutions Analyst at our Swords, Dublin facility. Hybrid working will be considered.

You will support the rollout of S/4HANA, act as a liaison between project teams and business partners, and ensure SAP processes and reporting across Manufacturing modules. The role requires a 3rd level IT or business degree, SAP experience across MM/PP/WM/SD/MRP/FI/QM, and at least 3 years on two SAP modules.

Qualifications

• You will have a minimum of a 3rd level IT or business-related degree.
• You will have SAP experience with modules related to manufacturing: MM, PP, WM, SD, MRP, FI, QM.
• You will have at least 3 years’ minimum experience working on two SAP modules.
• Experience in a multinational, cross-site regulated environment is advantageous.
• Project Management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of S/4HANA and act as liaison between project teams and business partners to communicate tasks.
• Provide support for SAP processes and reporting for Materials-related roles at the Swords site (Procurement, Planning, CS, Warehouse).
• Support SAP projects with stakeholders and drive SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide implementation support across SAP projects, including requirements, documentation, testing, training, go-live planning, and ongoing support.
• Be the first point of contact for SAP troubleshooting and manage resolutions, with escalation as needed.
• Create and manage support tickets to global teams for incidents not resolvable onsite.
• Join multiple project teams working with various business units.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will support the roll-out of S/4Hana and act as liaison between project teams and business partners to effectively communicate and action required tasks relating to this project.
• You will have responsibility for supporting our best practice SAP Processes and Reporting for all Materials related roles at the Swords site – Procurement and Planning, Customer Services and Warehouse Management and others as they may relate to Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Engineering.
• Supporting projects with key stakeholders, you will support the drive for SAP solutions in line with changing business requirements.
• You will provide implementation support across SAP projects and issues through establishing requirements, documentation, testing, training, go live planning, on-going support & issue resolution.
• You will be the first point of contact for trouble shooting SAP issues, manage resolution, escalation to 2nd level support, and feedback during priority incidents.
• Creation and management of support tickets to global support teams for incidents that cannot be managed onsite.
• You will be a member of several project teams working with various business units.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You will have minimum of 3rd level IT or Business-related degree.
• You will have SAP experience and knowledge essential in all modules relating to a manufacturing site. E.g. MM, PP, WM, SD, MRP, FI, QM.
• You will have 3 years’ minimum in-depth experience working on two SAP modules.
• Experience of working in a multi-national cross-site regulated environment is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in Project Management is a distinct advantage.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, with ability to follow assignment through to completion with minimal guidance.
• Aptitude for systems level thinking, including development of standard operating procedures.
• Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.
