Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a SAP Integration Specialist for a leading manufacturing client based in Co. Cavan, Ireland. The role is on-site and permanent, offering a salary range of €45k–€50k DOE.

You will support testing, validation, and deployment of SAP enhancements, assist with SAP integration with external systems, and ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of designing upgrade-safe, cloud-compliant solutions.
• Experience with integration support, external systems and common interface technologies, as well as software testing, automation and QA practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the testing, validation and deployment of SAP enhancements, upgrades and migrations.
• Assist with SAP integration with external systems and configure and support SAP solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Find solutions to move or replace current systems with SAP S/4HANA and cloud software across Source-to-Deliver / Source-to-Pay, Make-to-Ship and Order-to-Delivery.
• Provide application management and ongoing production support.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies & regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of designing upgrade-safe, cloud-compliant solutions.
• Solid business process knowledge in Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Direct Material Sourcing.
• Experience with integration support, external systems and common interface technologies, as well as software testing, automation and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to debug and analyse SAP systems. SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g. SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, FI-CO, S/4HANA) is advantageous. Background working with manufacturers, suppliers or service providers.
