Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation in Dublin. You will own Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud and help shape the future of Salesforce across the business.

This hybrid Dublin City Centre role centers on translating requirements into scalable roadmaps, partnering with sales, client services, marketing and technology, and driving data quality, governance and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 4+ years in Salesforce-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud, incl. onboarding, workflows.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, including journeys, campaigns, automation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, reporting and integrations.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science or related discipline.

Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join its Client Experience team and help shape the future of Salesforce across the business.

This is a highly visible role combining Salesforce product ownership, business strategy and technology, with responsibility for driving capabilities across Sales Cloud / Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud while helping establish a scalable Salesforce Center of Excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams within a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Financial Services, Asset Management or Capital Markets experience.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or equivalent strong working knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein/AI and advanced analytics.
• Experience establishing or working within a Salesforce Center of Excellence.
