Job summary

Zurich Insurance Ireland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Dublin-based team. You will develop and customize Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs, leveraging Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flow, while collaborating with analysts and project managers.

Primary location is Blackrock with occasional travel to other Zurich locations. Zurich Insurance Group is a leading global insurer with operations in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model, data architecture, and declarative features.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Salesforce code using Apex, Aura, LWC, and Flows.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot during development, testing, and post-deployment stages.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and promote best practices.
