Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Sales Manager (Medical) based in Dublin or surrounding areas to lead a growing sales team and drive commercial growth for a medical solutions provider in Ireland. Qualifications

• Experience selling medical consumables preferred

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within the medical device sector (this is a hands-on player-manager type role)
• Alternatively, a high-performing medical sales professional looking to take the next step into leadership
• Strong track record of building relationships with hospital procurement and clinical stakeholders
• Experience selling medical consumables preferred (but not a requirement)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
