Job summary

Donohoe Skoda, part of JA Boland Motor Group, seeks a Sales Manager to lead the new and used car sales department in Wexford. You will drive performance, mentor a growing team and ensure strong customer satisfaction and brand standards across the dealership.

The role offers a clear progression path within the expanding group, access to live performance data, and a competitive salary with an obtainable bonus. Demonstrable leadership in motor trade a must.

Donohoe Skoda is hiring a Sales Manager. This is a rare chance to take charge of a sales department inside JA Boland Motor Group, a large and expanding multi-franchise dealer group, with the backing, systems and career path that come with it.

• Sales Managers who want to join an expanding group and work to a higher standard.
• Senior Sales Executives with seven years or more on the floor, who are well able to run a department but can't get the chance where they are.
